For 9 years, we’ve had parents’ backs as they navigate the parts of parenthood you don’t usually see on the ’gram with honest and raw messaging to provide the answers to questions they didn’t even know they had. How You Will Make An Impact
Frida is looking for a Director of Performance Analytics to join our Business Intelligence team and help shape how data and analytics are used to drive the growth of the business and future strategic decision making. The Director of Performance Analytics will be responsible for growing the business through a deeper understanding of marketing effectiveness, point of sale, performance analysis, and competitive intelligence that allows Frida to make quick, informed business decisions. The selected candidate will also develop a team that creates and manages dynamic and scalable data models, developing actionable outputs that inform both our immediate performance strategy and innovation roadmap.
Responsibilities to include:
  • Manage our business intelligence tools, including Power BI, Alloy, Nielsen, Skai, and Stackline to help automate analytics (freeing up time for more in-depth analysis) in addition to elevating data competitive intelligence insights
  • Lead discounting strategy across all retailers including Amazon Prime Day, Turkey 5 and loyalty discount programming. Analyze promotional results to continually optimize financial performance
  • Key stakeholder in retailer line review development and presentations, leveraging data storytelling to drive distribution & expansion gains across new and legacy products
  • Assist in Brand Planning and Annual Budget processes that define our annual target setting and strategy to support our long-term growth plan
  • Lead postmortem analysis on pricing and new product/category launches to extract learnings to help optimize future launches and price impact
  • Lead performance & marketing analytics reporting, including utilizing data to provide insights on macro, geographic, retailer and product-level trends
  • Leverage competitive intelligence to develop market share reports, media recommendations, channel strategy and sales optimizations
  • Drive actionable performance insights to support delivery of annual growth targets
  • Manage registry media opportunities, and provide data driven recommendations on promotional activities based on costs and anticipated ROI
  • Regularly report on business performance to the CEO, Board of Directors and our partners
  • Collaborate with Sales Planning teams to manage retailer-level inventory and forecasting, participating in weekly performance calls
  • Collaborate with Brand teams on performance-driving initiatives (category/retailer launches, displays, brand activations), participating in or leading task-forces to improve sales
  • Measure seasonality and develop sales trend tools to understand and measure periodic performance; develop variety of KPIs to measure growth tactics (organic, distribution, retailer/product mix)
What You Will Need
  • Team player who enjoys working and learning across departments
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, Power BI, Alloy, Nielsen, Skai
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • 5-7+ years experience in an analytical field such as management consulting, investment banking, business development, and corporate analysis
  • Excited to answer large, open-ended questions that do not have a “right” answer
  • An excellent communicator, who is excited about sharing actionable findings and insights
  • Willing to learn new skills and take the extra steps to help drive the business
  • Comfortable working with incomplete datasets / uncertainty with a think-outside-the-box mindset
Who You Will Work With
Frida is an organization that values collaboration and community. As the Director of Performance Analytics, you will work closely with other Brand Management, Sales/Sales Planning, and Digital teams.

Frida HQ is located in Miami, Florida and approved roles have the flexible option to work remotely both Mondays and Fridays with the benefit of connecting in person Tuesdays - Thursdays.
