5-7+ years experience in an analytical field such as management consulting, investment banking, business development, and corporate analysis

2+ years of management experience

Manage registry media opportunities, and provide data driven recommendations on promotional activities based on costs and anticipated ROI

Collaborate with Sales Planning teams to manage retailer-level inventory and forecasting, participating in weekly performance calls

Willing to learn new skills and take the extra steps to help drive the business

Lead performance & marketing analytics reporting, including utilizing data to provide insights on macro, geographic, retailer and product-level trends

You will have great project management and cross functional team management

You will have proficiency in order and inventory management

You will have 10+ years experience in managing 3rd party logistics providers and distributors

You will have strong experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies as well as value creation initiatives

You have experience in medical nutrition or consumer packaged goods

You will Design and implement process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and adopting automation

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Requisite experience

Manage on-time shipping and on-time delivery metrics for each carrier

Work closely with finance to support any invoice or billing issues/corrections

Partnering with Finance to enhance our forecasting models around shipping expenses

Expanding on how we communicate with our carriers to enhance the information shared with our customers to enhance their experience

Front-line retail experience as a Store Director/Store Manager of a high volume store and multi-unit store leadership experience required;

Develop in-depth knowledge of competitive landscape particularly related to innovation and the evolution of business models;

Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail

Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with capability to work cross-functionally;

Experience in driving change and influencing performance and teams;

Execute worldwide (WW) performance initiatives as well as develop local initiatives that feed and support the overall retail strategy;

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required. 5+ years of people management experience.

Performance Management – Support QBR, MBR, sales performance analysis, Win Loss Reports, KPI monitoring and control

Manage team for core operational functional coverage of each Area in North America:

Manage team of 6, one person for each Area/segment and a geo business planning leader.

A minimum degree level of education in a related or financial discipline.

Forecasting, Rev Performance, Business Cadence and Insights to support decision making and strategic planning

· Implement new technology, define supporting processes, manage change

· 8+ years’ experience managing a team in the areas of Logistics and/or Planning

· 8+ years’ supervisory experience

· Experience with APICS, CPIM, Six Sigma

· Perform site visits and audits with suppliers

· Engage in 360 business reviews with suppliers

Escalation of client critical issues to upper management and follow up with solutions

Bachelor's degree in supply chain field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Daily/Weekly communication between the Customer and BG internal managed logistics representatives as it relates to the operations of the customer

7 or more years of experience in operational warehouse, freight/transportation purchasing role.

Experience working with big box retail company’s a plus

Experience working in TMS systems required
