Job Description

As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for both Walker Reid Strategies and Migro. You will work closely with the executive team and collaborate with various departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. This is a strategic leadership role that requires creativity, business acumen, and strong management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments, and proactively identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to enhance brand visibility and market positioning for Walker Reid Strategies and Migro.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Stay abreast of digital marketing best practices, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement.



Qualifications

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, both traditional and digital.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing plans that align with business objectives.
