Timilon Corporation is seeking a seasoned and creative Marketing Director with a strong background in B2B and D2C marketing strategies to join our growing team!

Position Overview

The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing a marketing strategy that supports the company’s objectives and maximizes sales results. The role will guide the creation and evolution of innovative digital products for our customers. They will execute the strategy with hands-on management of the day-to-day operations to drive sales, deploy content, manage sites, support the Customer Experience, and optimize performance for Timilon to meet online sales targets. The role requires the ability to develop strategies to support growth in Social, Web, Organic/ Paid Search, and Ecommerce/Market Place sales channels, as well as B2B programs.

This role is based in Bonita Springs, Florida.

Responsibilities

Recruits and trains team members including professional development through coaching and mentorship.


Collaborates with senior executives to develop a growth strategy and marketing plan for the Company.


Directs a team of full-time, part-time, and contractor / third-party resources to execute the Company’s marketing strategy.


Continuously monitors and analyzes metrics, including, but not limited to Ecommerce traffic sources, visitor volumes, user paths, conversion funnels, and site trends to optimize performance – all to inform decision-making, adjust strategy and tactics for accelerated growth, and assess performance success.


Develops and implements effective B2B marketing strategies and company marketing programs that deliver results.

Oversees the Company’s social media marketing strategy and content marketing.


Partners with the sales department to develop and execute campaigns and programs, to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.


Develops and manages advertising campaigns and supports lead generation for the sales team.


Maintains knowledge of marketing and industry trends, and emerging markets, and adapts as necessary.


Researches demand for competitors of our products and services, identifying potential customers.


Understands and develops marketing budget of $2MM – 5MM annually including expenditures, product research, and development appropriations, return on investments, and profit/loss projections.


Coordinates marketing projects and programs from start to finish and organizes Company conferences, trade shows, and major events.


Leverages data and consumer sentiment to create Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and market positions.

Communicates marketing plans, results, and recommendations to the executive team and other stakeholders.


Employs a creative and innovative approach to marketing strategies.


Required Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.


10+ years of strategic marketing experience with a focus on B2B and D2C marketing.


5+ years in a senior or director role including digital media and influencer marketing for a company with revenue of $50MM.


Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.


Thorough understanding of market developments, trends, strategies, and practices.


Excellent time management skills and attention to detail with a proven ability to meet deadlines.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.


Proven supervisory and leadership skills in managing both remote and in-person teams.


Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment with changing priorities.


Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Advanced Excel, experience in NetSuite is a plus.


Experience in website & Ecommerce management.


Proven experience in building and scaling marketing programs and managing outsourced partners including PR firms and Ad agencies.

Working knowledge of WordPress, CMS, and CRM platforms and experience in email marketing, preferably using Kalviyo,

Familiarity with audience segmenting tools and server-side tracking, Hyros experience, is a plus.
