Job Description

As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a talented Marketing Manager with expertise in market strategy development and execution, content creation, lead generation and ROI tracking, social media, and video editing to join our dynamic team.


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our overall marketing strategy, with a particular focus on social media, lead generation and CRM development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, exceptional creativity, and the ability to develop engaging content for various platforms. Our future Marketing Manager will be deeply committed to supporting the team in achieving great and greater levels of success and growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team.


Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and video editing
  • Curate and create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written materials, for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
  • Networking Events
  • Graphic Design
  • Marketing/Advertising ROI Tracking
  • Some outbound lead generation
  • Stay informed about competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and adapt marketing strategies accordingly
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services, targeting key customer segments
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and video content, providing regular reports and insights to optimize results
  • Client Appreciation Events
  • Content Creation: Creating purposeful drip campaigns that offer items of value such as Newsletter Creation, Direct Mail Campaigns, Advertisements
  • Build and maintain our CRM
  • Manage team website
  • Facebook/Instagram: Organic and Paid, Ads Manager, Ads Targeting, Pixel Tracking, Custom Audiences, Lead Forms, Cost Per Lead, Insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the marketing, design, and sales departments, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Create, manage, and optimize social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
  • Create Sales Funnels


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Advanced video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
  • Focused on growth & excellence
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience
  • A proactive approach to work
  • Knowledge of the [industry/sector] market and trends is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and email marketing strategies.
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably with a focus on social media and CRM development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Learning-based & coachable
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics)
  • Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Must have minimum 2 years of experience marketing for a company with multiple departments to support and a vast menu of services, events, and content.


Compensation

$50,000 - $60,000 a year based on experience, $70,000-$100,000 with bonuses
