Our ski-in/ski-out location in the heart of Beaver Creek Village is adjacent to the ski school and home to skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and more in winter. The summer brings activities including fly fishing, river rafting and scenic hiking trails – all just outside our doorstep. The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for maximizing overall hotel revenue for rooms and food and beverage through the implementation of effective pricing and distribution strategies in large hotels. Out-perform direct competitors by winning market share with rational and competitive pricing, distribution strategy backed by targeted marketing, and careful management hotel inventory to maximize topline revenue and yield high net profits. Manage and oversee revenue management analytic functions to produce reporting that support and evaluate hotel business strategies. Provide guidance and support sales and marketing initiatives that are targeted to meet the needs of the hotel. Produce accurate revenue forecasts that help set hotel goals and outgrow the competition. Display leadership qualities that mentor, develop, and guide hotel team members such as revenue analysts and managers.

As a member of our Leadership Committee, the Director of Revenue Management is a highly visible role with exposure to Senior and Corporate leadership. This person is responsible for maximizing overall hotel revenue for rooms and food and beverage. This position reports to the hotel General Manager.

The salary range for this position is $106,800 - $150,000 and is IC eligible. Actual pay will commensurate with experience. COLA is also available for Valley based living.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills
  • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Intermediate or expert skill level in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Strong organization and analytical skills
  • Minimum of 2 years as a manager in the hotel industry revenue management discipline
