Job Description
This position offers a unique opportunity to learn about the tours and hospitality industry and gain exposure to the planning and execution of large scale events. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, superb social media marketing, great attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and is self-motivated. This is a unique opportunity to work from home! As a Coordinator you will : Assist with developing travel itineraries including group transportation, hotel, and venue arrangements Keep track and maintain customer records Maintain detailed client notes Manage calendar and brief travel agent for client calls Conduct customer outreach through email and social media – solicit interest, customer intake, schedule intro calls for agents No experience required
