Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they stay within scope, budget, and timeline.

Resource Allocation: Determine and allocate necessary resources, both human and material, for each project based on its requirements.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or budget overruns.

Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes, gather feedback, and implement best practices and process improvements for future endeavors.

Documentation: Ensure thorough documentation of each project, including objectives, progress, outcomes, and lessons learned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Minimum of 10 experience in a project management role, preferably within the tech or startup sector.
Proficiency in project management software and tools like Asana, Trello, or JIRA.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Adept at multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
