Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Minimum of 10 experience in a project management role, preferably within the tech or startup sector.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or budget overruns.

Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management about project status, milestones achieved, and any potential challenges.

Proficiency in project management software and tools like Asana, Trello, or JIRA.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Effective leadership and team management skills.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to procurement, sourcing, and supply chain management.

Provide regular reports to senior management detailing procurement performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation in procurement processes.

Advanced knowledge of supply chain management, sourcing and/or procurement.

Experience in leading organizational change management.

Draft SOWs, managing communication with suppliers, Legal, Risk Management, and Business

Lead, coach, and develop a team of category managers responsible for the overall supplier relationship and performance management.

Knowledge and experience with e-sourcing tools.

Experienced in designing, coordinating, and implementing enterprise and business unit vision to sourcing strategy

Minimum 7+ years of experience in Contract Management and/or Procurement;

Experience in contract management; contract negotiations and risk management;

Manage vendor onboarding processes (including NDA and pre‐qualification);

Support change order process for subcontractors and other related contract management processes;

Manage relationships with key vendors in support of the Company's overall strategic goals

Manage vendor performance evaluation process and develop improvement processes based on lessons learned;
