Anamic Construction is actively seeking a Director Of Operations/Construction Project Manager for our growing pipeline of multi-family projects. The right candidate will be responsible for overseeing all construction projects owned and built by Anamic and to manage the superintendents and project managers in all phases of construction from beginning to completion.

Director Of Operations/Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Schedule inspections communicate with city staff and third-party inspectors.
• Process submittals and other incidental documents.
• Oversee Project Managers and superintendents
• Prepare project schedule(s) and maintain them current for the duration of project.
• Utilize project management software to manage all aspects of projects.
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of “as-built" drawings and closeout documents by all trades.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and keep photo records.
• Review project plans and specifications.
• Manage and assist project manager with permitting process, budget, bid request, value engineering.
• Attend / lead project related meetings.

Director Of Operations/Construction Project Manager Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in Project Management, preferred.
• Prefer minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager on multifamily projects.
• Proficient in MS Projects, Word, Excel.
• The ideal candidate has an enthusiastic work ethic, pleasing personality and is able to problem solve, communicate effectively, work efficiently and independently, lead projects, set priorities and make sound independent decisions.
