The Department of Enrollment Management is currently seeking a Director of ESRA to continue the ongoing success of the department and University.
Responsibilities And Duties
The Director of ESRA is responsible for conceiving of and generating research and analysis to support emerging trends and initiatives. This will include market research, survey development, business process analysis, program review, and projection models.
This position routinely develops structures and processes to advance College/School enrollment goals by providing data and technology expertise, devising and documenting procedures, and producing reports/visualizations to demonstrate results. Additionally, this role is responsible for project management, coordination, implementation, and ongoing support of systems and analytic tools that contribute to strategic and fiscal decision-making as well as direct supervision of staff who share these responsibilities.
The Director leads the ESRA unit in ensuring systems operate optimally, that implementation of new solutions does not compromise data integrity, and that analytic tools are developed and managed sustainably in to order to maximize return on investment.
Furthermore, this role serves a critical liaison role between EM and key University stakeholders such as ITS, Institutional Research & Studies, the Center for Predictive Analytics, and the Office of Budget and Financial Affairs. The Director engages with leadership at all levels of the University then conceives, recommends, advises, develops, and maintains technology-based solutions used to implement new and changed policies, procedures, and major initiatives in support of enrollment, retention, revenue generation, and completion.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
7+ years working in higher education administration
5+ years working in any combination of Enrollment Management units including Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, or Retention
Experience in implementing and maintaining components of student enterprise system or technology solutions that interface with the primary student system
Experience developing reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations using industry-standard technology
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Access
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or higher
5+ years working with Banner Student Information System
Prior experience serving as primary lead on implementation of higher education technology solutions
SQL competency
Prior experience with Power BI development or other visualization analytical tools
