About the role:
Eightfold AI is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations and GTM (Go-to-Market) Systems. This is a senior leadership position, reporting directly to the Global Vice-President of Revenue Operations.

In this role you will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of our marketing processes and have full ownership of the company’s GTM systems architecture. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of marketing automation, data analytics, project management, and team leadership. Furthermore, they will have a proven track record in designing and maintaining a scalable tech stack for the GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) and in ensuring continuous data quality and integrity.

The Director of Marketing Operations and GTM Systems will engage and partner with a wide range of stakeholders to drive innovation and transform Eightfold’s capabilities. Thus, successful candidates will bring a combination of business acumen, technical prowess, empathy, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a best-in-class GTM tech stack, ensuring that all systems and tools are well integrated and accessible to every GTM team member
  • Manage the budget for all GTM technology vendors, including resource allocation, forecasting, and reporting on expenses.
  • Develop and execute marketing automation strategies that increase efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns across channels including email, social media, and website
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Support, and Customer Success, to ensure Eightfold’s SFDC instance is optimally designed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards related to marketing operations and data privacy.
  • Oversee the design and maintenance of Eightfold's GTM systems architecture, ensuring continuous data quality and integrity.
  • Lead the development and implementation of processes and systems to track and analyze marketing performance data, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve results

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools, such as Tableau
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Computer Science preferred
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing successful Marketo campaigns
  • Experience managing complex marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams, and ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
  • Ability to derive insights from large amounts of complex data
  • Solid understanding of SFDC objects and overall architecture. Ability to create SFDC reports and dashboards.
  • Experience solving complex business issues via technical solutions

  • Please note this role is open to all US locations and is categorized as a remote position. The information below is provided for candidates hired in California, Colorado and New York.

In California and New York, the standard base pay range for this role is $187,000 - $253,000 annually.
In Colorado, the standard base pay range for this role is $159,000 - $216,000 annually.

In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards, benefits and discretionary bonuses or commissions. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and geographic location within the state.
