Summary
Role Summary/Purpose
- As a member of the GE Vernova HQ team, the Director Digital Operations – Premium Events is responsible for setting and implementing the technical and broadcasting direction for the CEO, Investor Relations, Executive Leadership, while partnering collaboratively across the communications, marketing and brand organizations. This includes event facilitation and support for: Quarterly Earnings, Investor Day, CEO employee all hands, customer events, etc. This role ensures outcomes are delivered on time, within scope and budget and of desired quality.
Essential Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting meetings and events project execution according to event needs within established budgets and timeframes
- Demonstrate superior product and industry knowledge and helps organization to gain the competitive edge.
- Ability to design, manage and oversee Audio Visual, Pre/Post Production, Event Production and IT specific needs for all events (large, medium, small)
- Demonstrates expert persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager critical teams.
- Interacts with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.
- Prepare for executive, VIP customer internal/external meetings with external parties at GE Vernova offices. Collaborate with Communications, IR, Marketing and other business units to provide production support for both internal and customer facing corporate events including the management of production staff onsite during those events.
- Background visual setup (in some instances required to make it appear CEO and other leaders are physically in their respective offices)
- Coordination with key media channels (i.e. Bloomberg, CNBC)
- Manages calendar of event; proactively engaged with communications and marketing to anticipate future needs
- Engagement with external agencies/partnerships to enhance broadcast experience; manages RFP’s, and evaluations in addition to event production budgets
- Strategize, per location, where backup satellite, routers, etc. would be required per weather conditions or other external uncontrolled factors
Qualifications/Requirements
- Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management or IT
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job.
- Willing to travel, mostly with Executive teams

- Strong understanding and knowledge of various project and portfolio management methodologies with track record of implementing shared standards for large organizations
- Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and / or industry activities
- Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization
- Experience working with others on a global basis
- Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
The salary range for this position 131,300.00 - 175,000.00 - 218,800.00 USD Annually. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include Health and Retirement.
