As the Marketing Director, GTM Campaigns, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end, go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution of specialized Higher Education marketing campaigns that support Direct-to-Student customer acquisition priorities.

You will work closely with the Direct-to-Student Marketing team to set key objectives, develop use cases and value propositions, identify target customers, develop sales communications and trainings, and execute and track campaigns and other initiatives directed at Higher Education instructors.

In this role you will ensure that McGraw Hill has a consistent, high-quality approach and that we carefully plan and align outreach efforts with our broader marketing goals to drive a positive customer experience. In addition, you will support other campaign activities, as needed, and provide support for collateral and other tools.

What will you do?
  • Conduct communication at major sales and customer events
  • Create instructor packages and marketing creative that can be utilized by sales team
  • Create sales playbooks, including talk tracks
  • Oversee campaign creative development, identifying external partners where necessary and ensuring alignment with brand and other marketing activities
  • Develop and maintain high-level dashboard of key outcomes and areas of improvement
  • Determine and drive touch points in Sales Rep motions to discuss direct-to-student products
  • Build a disciplined approach to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of agreed upon marketing campaign activities, optimizing outreach with target audience segments (right reach and frequency)
  • Understand the Direct-to-Student Marketing team’s objectives, influence and shape campaign strategy, and execute effectively
  • Work closely with Marketing team to continually monitor performance, test new approaches, and adapt in an agile way
What can you bring to the role?
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Experience with digital marketing forms, such as social media marketing and content marketing
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a senior marketing management role, with a proven history of developing effective go-to-market campaigns in the higher education field
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
  • Strong sales enablement experience with the ability to increase sales productivity
  • High competence in project and stakeholder management
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, to include Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, as needed
  • Proven ability to manage budgets

The pay range for this position is between $120K - $150K annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
