We are looking for a seasoned Growth Marketing leader to help us accelerate into hyper-growth. As Director, Growth Marketing, you will lead the GTM team in a fast paced organization, generating marketing sourced pipeline for our enterprise Sales team and building a scalable product-led growth engine for our SaaS platform offering.


You aim to develop and oversee Growth Marketing campaigns with inbound and outbound tactics. You will be responsible for growing our pipeline and having a direct impact on our revenue objectives. You will raise awareness and introduce customers to Crux, taking our high growth offering to the next level.


The ideal candidate is skilled in Growth Marketing, including integrated campaign planning and execution, email design and deployment, digital marketing & advertising, CTAs, nurture and drip campaigns, lead scoring and tracking, intent marketing, ABM, A/B testing, reporting and marketing operations.


You will report to the CMO and will work closely with the broader Sales, Marketing and Go-to-Market teams.


Responsibilties


  • Create a vision and strategic plan for leading global Demand Generation
  • Hire and manage high-quality marketing operations, programs, and campaign managers
  • Manage and optimize a fully integrated marketing program mix to support direct enterprise selling in addition to product-led growth with the Crux SaaS offering
  • Develop and manage the marketing plan to achieve marketing-sourced pipeline objectives to fuel the Crux sales organization’s aggressive growth goals
Required Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Slack, CRMs (Salesforce & Hubspot), and email automation software (Outreach, Hubspot, etc.)
  • 10+ years experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth marketing services, fintech, or enterprise SaaS organization
  • Experience generating pipelines from large enterprise clients and a track record of delivering results
  • Well-versed in Growth Marketing lead flow processes, metrics, and tools
