Job Description

Company Overview

Meet is partnering with a Global Pharma with production facilities and R&D centers located in China, U.S.A. and Europe with over 30 marketed products. They are looking for a Director of Operations to join the team as they prepare to launch a new drug in the US.


Responsibilities:

The Commercial Operations Director will support the commercial launch for a newly FDA approved medicine in US market. This individual will have CNS therapeutic and lead the commercial operations and activities to maximize sales performance in the US.

  • Leading and supporting, including market development, lifecycle planning, KOL development and implementation of global programs
  • Establish, manage, and expand relationships with Contract Sales Organization, consultants, clients, and partners
  • Drives performance through defining strategic sales targets and performance program(s), and by establishing performance metrics and supporting systems with Contract Sales Organization and partners.
  • Providing commercial input on Business Development opportunities


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5 years pharmaceutical experiences in sales and 2 to 5 years’ experience in a commercial function such as Marketing, Market Research, Portfolio Planning, Commercial Development, and Commercial Operations. Product Launch and Alliance Management experience a plus
  • Experience working managing or participating in cross-functional teams
  • CNS therapeutic exposure or launch experience
