The Commercial Operation Manager will be working in the commercial team. They will be responsible for all the activities required from commercial proposal preparation to contract signature.

Responsibilities:

• Work together with Business Development, Application Engineering, and Sales organizations and will support all contract negotiations activities with customers. The Commercial Operation Manager will also support the Sales organization in the definition and implementation of the commercial strategy for each offering.
• Identify any potential critical commercial triggers to be addressed during contract negotiations and contract drafting
• Draft and negotiate service contracts with customers. Lay out and promote Eos service solutions around main customer operating strategies
• Negotiate the supply contracts for Eos products and services in line with the Company risk processes and contractual guidelines.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Experienced with the sale of equipment such as batteries, transformers, and inverters
• Ability to travel 25% of the time
• 3+ years of experience negotiating equipment supply contracts in the energy industry
