Integrated Supply Chain Jobs

Solid financial acumen, analytical, advanced problem solving, data management, and business partnership skills

Strong organization and time management skills; able to handle several assignments at one time while working in a matrix organization

Partner with executive management on strategic analyses

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting related field required

7+ years of financial analysis experience

Experience with financial reporting cycles, such as forecasts and budgets (AOP)

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management

• Deep knowledge of all materials- related processes for supply chain management, inventory and materials management

• Experienced with ERP Systems data analysis, KPI management of metrics and associated corrective action planning

• Experience in the S&OP process for an organization

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships

• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills

3+ years demonstrated project management experience

Advanced knowledge of Lean Methodologies

What You Will Experience In This Position

Establish new production operations using Lean methodologies.

Collaborate with leaders at all levels in the development and execution of short and long-term operational plans.

Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain/Engineering/Operations/Technology Guru’s

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be able to relocate for successive rotations

Must be able to participate in an internship prior to completing current degree program

Must attain Master's degree between December 2023 and June 2024
