This position is 3 days on site in Chicago and two days remote.

3+ years of HR sourcing experience

3+ years working with job searching websites (Experiences must be recent, using today's technologies)

Prior experience working with an applicant tracking system

Outreach potential candidates via email, phone, and messaging to establish a dialogue

Conduct phone screens to further identify target candidates

4+ years of successful experience sourcing and recruiting talent

2+ more years of experience using Recruiting/Applicant Tracking Systems

Experience working and recruiting in industries such as Telecom, Engineering, Consumer Electronics, etc.

Solid knowledge and understanding of compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to recruiting

2-5 years of research, sourcing, and/or recruiting experience.

Experience with Google Suite/Google Sheets, and Excel.

Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities.

Must be able to and adjust a search as business requirements change.

Experience using LinkedIn in an advanced setting.

4+ years relevant experience in a talent research or recruiting role; experience recruiting for executive level talent required

Demonstrated excellence and passion for creating a delightful candidate experience

Enthusiasm for proactively networking and establishing effective working relationships with professional networks and affinity groups; prior experience a plus

Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills

Must have Physical Therapist sourcing experience

Experience using iCIMS CRM/ATS and Dayforce

Experience utilizing Handshake to direct source campus candidates

1-3 years of professional work experience in a recruiting or sourcing function

In-depth experience leading recruiting processes and performing candidate research in both in-house and search firms.

Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Taleo, iCIMS, Workday, etc.)

Knowledge of CRM systems, such as Phenom
