Full time hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC for an experience Digital Sales and Marketing resource with financial and insurance industry experience.
MBA preferred, B.A./B.S. required, minimum of 6+ years of proven experience in roles such as business development, market development, digital leadership, or strategic partnerships.
This role will be responsible for working across accounts to define partner strategies, evaluate and establish strategic partnerships with financial services and technology companies that are critical to Synechron’s Digital Practice success in North America. These relationship will primarily focus on the largest financial institutions, insurance leaders, FinTech’s and Big Tech.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and deliver new project engagements for NA Digital team.
Work cross-functionally across sales and account leads to evaluate and establish new partnerships.
Develop and expand client relationships that deliver customer and partner value and accelerate Synechron’s market standing in digital experience design, app development and innovation.
Structure and negotiate deals, including business case and deal modeling, to support robust and high value strategic Digital engagements.
Forge relationships with internal and external stakeholders to secure alignment around strategic goals.
Participate in strategy and roadmap discussions to provide client/market side input and assessment of long term digital trends in the marketplace.
Required Experience and Skills
· MBA preferred, B.A./B.S. required, minimum of 6+ years of proven experience in roles such as business development, market development, digital leadership, or strategic partnerships
· Possess a detailed knowledge of developing strategic product strategy and technology partnerships and associated agreements; and have a successful track record evaluating and closing large, complex and lasting contractual agreements.
· Ability to optimally communicate and coordinate efforts across a large organization (externally)
· Have a strong background in front-end, application development, user experience design and/or product leadership
· Independent, self-starter who’s been successful in uncertain environments and evolving/emerging markets in real time
- Comfortable being in an environment requiring personal intuition and responsibility, where erroneous decisions and not meeting deadlines will have serious impact on the Digital team’s growth trajectory
