ABOUT THE JOB
Everside Health is seeking a full-time, fully remote Digital Marketing Specialist, Patient Engagement to support our campaign initiatives focused on acquisition and retention of patients to utilize Everside’s services. The ideal candidate can create, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels including organic search, paid search, and display advertising, and social media. The Digital Marketing Specialist, Patient Engagement will report to the Director of Growth Marketing, while also working closely with the broader Marketing team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaboration with the automated marketing team on journey planning
  • Managing the digital paid media advertising budget and strategy, and vendor relationships
  • Driving patient acquisition (account creation) and engagement (appointment scheduling) through a multichannel approach
  • Manage all consumer / patient engagement sections of the company’s website, including updating content, creating pages, and working with developers
  • Create content for all patient-facing channels, including email content, blog articles, and direct mail
  • Email marketing strategy and execution, including but not limited to developing lead acquisition/engagement programs, and nurture campaigns
  • Landing page building
  • Other digital marketing responsibilities as assigned
  • Monitor project status and budget
  • Campaign reporting and tracking
  • Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of experience writing email, blog article, and print material content or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
  • Previous experience in direct to healthcare patient marketing or patient engagement, preferred.
  • Knowledge of and experience in all areas of digital marketing and strategy and an understanding of inbound marketing best practices.
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 4 + years of email marketing strategy and email nurture experience.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
  • Strong internal and external communicator with great interpersonal skills and managing upwards in keeping stakeholders informed of progress/updates
  • Experience or working knowledge with ad platforms and tools, data list and lead tools, and analytics platforms
  • Strong project management and very process-oriented
  • Strong collaborator - ability to work with broad cross-functional departments, partners and vendors to ensure accurate, efficient and timely execution of projects
  • Experience in Salesforce and Wordpress, preferred
  • Exceptional writing and grammatical skills, and excellent attention to detail
Pay Range: $65,000 - $85,000/yr
The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
