Dexerto is seeking a creative and highly motivated Digital Content Producer to join our growing video production team to work across Influenced by Dexerto. With an understanding of the Dexerto brand, you will be a creative thinker, and strong storyteller.

This is a fully remote role, however you will be based USA - East Coast/EST

Dexerto is an award-winning esports and gaming media group, production house and solutions provider, with media properties including the leading esports and gaming lifestyle publisher, Dexerto.com - a major voice in digital culture for tens of millions of Millennial and Gen Z fans - and we’re seeking to continue to disrupt the media industry with a mix of both experimental and existing initiatives.

This is a position for a dedicated and passionate individual. The successful candidate will exceed requirements, with the ability to manage issues outside of traditional working hours during emergencies and deployments, and will go above and beyond to ensure the company's continued growth and success.

• Working remotely and on location including international travel
• Work well in a fast-paced, fun environment and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ensure the cost of the production remains within budget
• Oversea post production edits, maintaining deadlines throughout.
• Collaborate with designers/project managers/clients for distribution
• Pitch new projects and series ideas alongside Producers and Head of Production
• Producing compelling digital video for YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat and Twitter
• Responsible for ideation, development, shoot, post production and distribution
• Creative and innovative approach to storytelling
• Coordinate and Direct multi camera shoots
• Writing shoot and edit scripts
• Delivering multiple projects simultaneously
• Produce comprehensive and clear production planning

Requirements

• Extensive experience working on digital video content.
• Impeccable eye for design and visualisation
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, fun environment and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• 3+ years in a similar job role
• Experience with Premiere Pro and the rest of the adobe suite
• Great knowledge of what makes a great video and branded content
• Ability to work quickly on a variety of projects.
• Willing to learn and grow within the company
• Creative mind and storytelling skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident with high profile projects and talent
• Ability to work in a team with a mixture of freelancers and permanent staff
