Devops Engineer (Remote Opportunity)

Bright Horizons is Hiring! Are you an experienced DevOps Engineer looking to make an impact on an organization?

The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for design and development of builds, scripts, installation procedures, and systems. The ideal candidate should have expert level experience with Azure DevOps (Team Foundation Server), specifically new builds and enhancement to existing pipelines. Additional skills should include utilization of infrastructure automation tools such as Kubernetes, Consul, etc.

What you will be doing in this role:

• Manage product builds and deployments..
• Create documentation for CI/CD Infrastructure.
• Create, configure, and execute on-going or newly proposed processes and a variety of projects.
• Create system documentation for training and reference.
• Design/build workflows and DevOps infrastructure to help achieve Continuous: Integration, Testing, Deployment and Monitoring.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams.

What we hope you will bring to the role:

• 2+ years of experience with infrastructure automation tools (such as Docker, Ansible, Puppet, Kubernetes, Consul, Chef)
• Experience with Continuous Integration tools (Atlassian, JIRA, Maven, Jenkins, etc).
• Experience with networking load balancers.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Power shell, Bash, Python or Ruby
• Experience with cloud and hosted infrastructure.
• Experience working with diverse teams.
• Experience with SDLC Management software and solutions.
• Proven experience in building DevOps infrastructure and creating multiple environments.
• Experience with Windows and Linux system administration with knowledge of installations, performance tuning, security, and shell scripting.
• Well-rounded development experience in C#/Java
• Experience with modern service-oriented architecture.
• Prior DevOps experience in improving efficiency and achieving Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing and Continuous Deployment.
• Fluency with GITand the gitflow branching method.
• 5+ years of DevOps experience in improving efficiency and achieving Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing and Continuous Deployment.

The compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000.
