Have everything included in the L1 list above
Have a more in-depth knowledge of MacOS and Unix including the file structure
Have hands-on experience with setting permissions in MacOS or Unix
Have in-depth troubleshooting abilities to track down issues with software that are not immediately apparent or have no error tails
Understand how to use the Disk Utility to repair disk permissions or verify and repair the hard disk
Understand how to work on Mac hardware (laptops and desktops); how to take the machines apart properly, how to put them back together properly, and how to handle the components properly
Understand where the Cache folders are, and when you would need to clear the Cache folders as part of troubleshooting (/Library/Caches and /System/Library/Caches)
How to image or re-install MacOS, and troubleshooting skills to determine when they would be needed
Understand how to use the Console tool to troubleshoot problems and find error messages to assist with troubleshooting
Have excellent search engine skills to find answers to questions when you do not know the answers, and be able to understand the results from the search engine to find the proper information you need
Have a deeper understanding of Networking, especially Mac related (example; Bonjour and how it works)
Understand the difference between SMB and AFP file sharing and how to troubleshoot issues concerning both
Have at least a basic understanding of batch scripting, Swift scripting, or Python scripting for automating repetitive or simple but critical tasks
