Where you fit in
As part of a self-directed site support team, you will perform level 2 troubleshooting functions for help desk issues involving IT equipment on the customer’s desktop. You will ensure the assistance is prompt, friendly and effective. You will perform principal support functions to customers for Microsoft Office products and network-based applications such as email, calendar, groupware, electronic forms, etc.

Your exceptional skills

  • Knowledge of desktop hardware and software in use at Community Health Network
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
  • Understanding of how workstations and printers participate in a network
  • Strong troubleshooting skills

Your exceptional qualifications

  • Two years in customer service and three years’ work experience with microcomputer hardware, software, and/or support and training position required
  • Two years in customer service required
  • Associate degree in microcomputer technology preferred
