Overview Desktop Support Administrator is a technical support role responsible for providing technical assistance to computer users. They are responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and providing technical support to users. Detailed Job Description Desktop Support Administrators are responsible for providing technical assistance to computer users. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and providing technical support to users. They must be able to diagnose and resolve technical problems, as well as provide advice and guidance to users. They must also be able to install, configure, and maintain computer systems, and provide technical support to users. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of computer hardware and software

• A+ certification
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification

• Experience in a technical support role
