Job-Overview


We are seeking a Department Leader, Leadership Development to lead a team of experienced professionals to identify, develop, and deliver learning solutions for Home Office leaders. This role is ideal for a seasoned leadership development leader who wants to amplify their impact by improving the practice of leadership at the firm. Leveraging best practices and emerging trends, you will design leadership solutions to build the capabilities of our Leaders of Associates and Leaders of Leaders for today, tomorrow and the future.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Utilizes expert facilitation skills in conducting leadership programs for early to mid-level leaders in the Home Office
  • Manages established external partnerships including universities, consulting firms, coaches, budgets and systems that support development processes
  • Leads a team of two experienced Leadership Development professionals to identify, develop, and deliver learning solutions for Home Office leaders
  • Applies adult learning principles, instructional design principles and experience working with multiple learning modalities to create effective and efficient learning solutions
  • Markets and socializes learning solutions to drive awareness, enrollment, and sustained behavior change
  • Establishes trusted partnerships with key business, Human Capital and Talent Management stakeholders to plan and deliver solutions that improve leadership performance
  • Develops high-quality, innovative learning solutions using both traditional and emerging methods with a strong emphasis on sustainable behavior change


Skills-Requirements


  • Master’s degree in Adult Education, Organization Development, Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, Education or related field is a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in leadership development, learning and development, or organization development is required. Experience leading others is a plus.
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Extensive project planning skills preferred
  • Experience with new and emerging learning modalities, such as AI-enabled learning, micro-learning, avatars, and on-demand coaching
  • Demonstrated ability to build constructive, collaborative business relationships across organizational functions and levels
  • Demonstrated track record of aligning learning strategies and programs to organizational strategy and realizing measurable business impact
