Partner with store management to develop and execute a business plan to achieve desired results.

2+ years of leadership experience (manager or lead) - retail or restaurant preferred.

Assists all Grocery Department associates with daily responsibilities while leading by example.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a diverse crew in a fast-paced environment.

Thorough understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies.

Establishes trusted partnerships with key business, Human Capital and Talent Management stakeholders to plan and deliver solutions that improve leadership performance

Leads a team of two experienced Leadership Development professionals to identify, develop, and deliver learning solutions for Home Office leaders

Applies adult learning principles, instructional design principles and experience working with multiple learning modalities to create effective and efficient learning solutions

Utilizes expert facilitation skills in conducting leadership programs for early to mid-level leaders in the Home Office

Manages established external partnerships including universities, consulting firms, coaches, budgets and systems that support development processes

7+ years of experience in leadership development, learning and development, or organization development is required. Experience leading others is a plus.
