Our client, a prominent CA law firm with multiple offices, is seeking an experienced Professional Development Manager for its' Los Angeles offices. What you will be doing:

• Firm-wide and practice group substantive and skills trainings
• Integration
• Attorney on-boarding

Responsibilities:

• Assess and build e-Learning programs.
• Create and manage training and development budgeting process and expenditures.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Collaborate on training and development programs and initiatives.
• Review course materials for CLE compliance.

Educational Requirements

• Law Degree or higher in related field
• Excellent academics
• At least 5 years Professional Development experience in a major or mid-size firm.
• Bachelor's degree
• DEI experience preferred.
