Job Description

Make the mark. In this role, you will lead, develop, drive and execute on strategies to support our diversity sourcing and recruiting initiatives. Explore possible growth opportunities and/or identify new platforms to enhance diversity campus recruiting efforts. Responsible for leading recruiting efforts at multiple universities and alliances (including diverse populated colleges and universities) and participating in initiatives to brand the firm to help students identify Plante Moran as a top career choice. Compile and analyze data and metrics to support program pursuits or adjustments. Regional travel required.

Your role.

As part of our client delivery team, a Senior Campus Recruiting Consultant collaborates with our Human Resources Team to provide comprehensive recruiting services. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Building and leading sustainable relationships with students, faculty and administrators across multiple colleges and universities

  • Managing all on campus activities, event planning and execution that facilitate the candidate selection and interviewing process, and deploy identified talent to various offices
  • Collaborate with Plante Moran staff and partners to facilitate the networking and branding of Plante Moran
  • Leverage data to assess outcomes and influence ongoing recruitment strategies
  • Leverage recruiting knowledge, recruitment results and competitive market intelligence to drive strategies and influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs
  • Assist with the offer presentation and on-boarding process
  • Identifying top talent for the firm from targeted Minority Serving Institutions (MSI)
  • Partner with campus recruiting and inclusion and diversity leadership to further develop and execute on sourcing opportunities; share best practices and business cases for new and innovative approaches/programs; execute and participate in those programs
  • Actively participate in internship program planning and execution
  • Additional Human Resource projects as assigned
  • Understanding unique opportunities for engagement at universities and how most effectively we can assess talent and enhance recruiting strategies; research campus activities/clubs


The qualifications.

  • Frequent travel throughout the region, with heightened travel requirements during peak recruiting seasons (January-April; August-November) is required for this position
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • PHR or SPHR highly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience preferred as a Campus or Corporate Recruiter, or College/University Outplacement Recruiter or Career Placement Advisor
  • Recruiting for professional services organizations preferred
  • Qualified individuals must either reside in or near a Plante Moran office or be willing to relocate to the area for this opportunity

Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) Information

Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience and is provided in accordance with the CO Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.

Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO. Please review position location for applicable geographic location.

Colorado monthly base range is as follows:

$5,916.67 to $8,875.00
We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date. In addition to this, eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and various pre-determined holidays as well as a balance fund, 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use. A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff. Plante Moran also offers Interns and Contractors the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment in addition to limited paid time sick time. Seasonal staff are not eligible for benefits.
