Please Note: This position allows 100% remote work from home or allows work to be performed in any of our major office locations with a hybrid schedule. The individual must be available to work Eastern Standard Time hours as business requires.

The Director – Enterprise Architect for Cloud Computing performs the necessary leadership, facilitation, analysis, and design tasks related to the cloud app development and cloud migration of high performance, mission critical applications with high availability and disaster recovery mechanisms. Key responsibilities include defining, designing, and delivering cloud architecture for enterprise applications hosted on the cloud and integrating with on-prem systems. Provide technology direction and guidance for strategic projects/initiatives aligned with enterprise architecture principles and considerations. Responsible for evaluating, selecting, and recommending relevant technology, tools and practices aligned with business strategy and priorities. Applications are expected to be developed as cloud native applications on Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services. Prior experience with Financial Services and Insurance platforms is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $140,080 to $192,610. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to the base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities based on each role to reward achievement of annual performance objectives. Voya is required by Colorado and New York City law to include the salary range for this role when it can be performed by a Colorado or New York City resident.

The below base salary range reflects the expected hiring range for this position in the location listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

CO Base Salary Range: $140,080 to $192,610

NYC Base Salary Range: $145,340 to $199,840
