OMAL TAX LLC is seeking a self-motivated, hardworking individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This person will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the company. Duties include but are not limited to: answering phone calls, responding to emails, providing support to employees and clients, and assisting with general office tasks.
This position is a full-time salaried position with benefits and a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fun and rewarding environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other basic computer programs

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and time constraints
Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in an office setting preferred but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Heavy Data entry/Administrative tasks updating client information in computer system running and processing multiple documents utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access Inputting purchase orders Other various administrative tasks, Inputs information from a variety of sources into a computer database. May take customer orders and enter them into a pre-established tracking system.
Part-time position - 20 hours weekly, over time as a part-time employee is 30 hours weekly. Full-time position -30 hours weekly and over time as a full-time employee is 40 hours weekly. Can you handle the job duties and responsibilities?
