WPA is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data, ensuring efficient and effective operations across the organization

Responsibilities:

Enter and update data into our systems accurately and promptly.

Verify and correct any discrepancies in the data to maintain data integrity.

Review and organize documents for data entry purposes.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Generate reports and analyze data as needed.

Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements for data management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.

Proficiency in data entry software and tools.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic understanding of data confidentiality and security.

Familiarity with MS Office suite (Word, Excel) or similar software.

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Knowledge of basic data analysis and reporting.
