We are currently hiring for a Data Entry Clerk. You need to collect a customer’s name, address, phone number, or other information to verify her identity or account. You may also collect information to set up information about a new customer and provide her with pricing, product, shipment, and distribution information.

Pay:$18.50 - $30.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review 40-60 work orders, review and analyze field reports, and make updates to work orders accordingly.
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents

• Generation of template files and downloading and pre-processing of multiple datasets in Excel.
• Send manager weekly progress report on closed work orders

Skills:

• Strong understanding of the Microsoft office suite/Outlook
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
