• Must be able to identify and understand the importance of confidential information (PHI/PII/HIPAA), and the consequences of data breaches.
• Innovative thinking and drive for results.
• Proven ability to successfully complete distance learning (webinars, online, E-Learning).
• Ability to interface with a culturally diverse population.
• Must have strong skills in typing and Microsoft Office programs., and the ability to retrieve, examine, and input information into the update records is required.
• Exposure to project management and supervision is helpful.
• The incumbents will need strong developed organizational skills, the ability to work in a production environment, and the ability to communicate with team members and leadership clearly and efficiently.
• Capability to navigate concurrently between multiple software systems with relative ease.
• Comfortable learning and working in a virtual environment (work from home).
• Work experience in a Quality/Production driven environment.
• Must be able to type 40+ WPM.
• Proven time and organizational management skills.
• Must have previous customer service and phone experience.
• Experience performing duties that are detailed in nature, exposure to health care, health insurance, medical information, and direct service experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic computer functions including internet research and email communication.
