Data Entry Clerk/ Coordinator - Remote | Wfh

We are looking for a talented Network Engineer with a passion for innovation to join our team. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure. You will work with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure that our network is always running at peak performance.
To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of LAN/WAN/WLAN/BGP/MPLS/OSPF/EIGRP/IPSEC. You should also have hands-on experience with wireless controllers/access points (Cisco 9800 WLC, 91xx APs), network hardware devices (Cisco 6509, Nexus 7K 5k, 2k, switches & Cisco ASR routers 1K and 9K), TCP/IP, routing protocols, and load balancing concepts. You should have knowledge and experience with F5 LTM/GTM and NetScaler load balancers, VTP, STP, HSRP, and other switching technologies. It's also essential that you have excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams.
As a Network Engineer, you'll work closely with our network architects to design and implement new solutions, as well as improve the resilience of our current environment. You'll also be responsible for monitoring network performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with network architects on network optimization. Additionally, you'll be responsible for undertaking data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments using information from multiple sources.
To excel in this role, you should be a strong team player with a constructive perspective and commitment to the success of the business. You should be able to work on multiple concurrent tasks with conflicting priorities, and you should have the flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 supports. You should also have excellent listening skills and the ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English.
Other responsibilities of this role include securing network systems by establishing and enforcing policies and defining and monitoring access, supporting and administering firewall environments in line with IT security policy, reporting network operational status by gathering and prioritizing information and managing projects, upgrading data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases, providing remote support to on-site engineers and end-users/customers during installation, providing remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation, undertaking capacity management and audit of IP addressing and hosted devices within data centers, and liaising with project management teams, third-line engineers, and service desk engineers on a regular basis.
