Data Entry Clerk/ Coordinator Job - Remote | Wfh

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk/Coordinator to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our network infrastructure.
Required Skills

• Excellent understanding of LAN/WAN/WLAN/BGP/MPLS/OSPF/EIGRP/IPSEC
• Work experience on Wireless controllers/access points troubleshooting (Cisco 9800 WLC, 91xx APs)
• Strong team player with a constructive perspective and commitment to the success of the business
• Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks with conflicting priorities
• Good knowledge of Riverbed, Meraki, SD WAN, ACI technologies.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with F5 LTM/GTM and NetScaler load balancers
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, Routing protocols, Load balancing concepts
• Analyzing the technology environment and documenting requirements
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams
• Knowledge and experience in VTP, STP, HSRP, and other switching technologies
• Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English
• Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 support
• Hands-on experience with network hardware devices such as Cisco 6509, Nexus 7K 5k, 2k, switches & Cisco ASR routers 1K and 9K

Responsibilities

• Undertake data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments using information from multiple sources
• Provide remote support to on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation
• Report network operational status by gathering and prioritizing information and managing projects
• Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization
• Liaise with project management teams, third-line engineers and service desk engineers on a regular basis
• Upgrade data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases
• Support and administer firewall environments in line with IT security policy
• Design and implement new solutions and improve resilience of the current environment
• Undertake capacity management and audit of IP addressing and hosted devices within data centers
• Provide remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation
• Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access
