Data And Credit Risk Manager

We are a cross-border credit reporting agency that was founded in New York.
Due to demand and growth, we are looking for a Data and Credit Risk Manager who has at least five years of data science and/or credit policy experience, ideally within financial services. If you have Tableau, SQL, fintech, credit risk modeling, pre/post-sales and customer facing experience, we want to talk to you! Highly preferable to East Coast candidates.
What You Will Be Doing

• Work together with the Customer Success team to comprehend our current customer portfolio and engagement models
• Develop a thorough understanding of our data, tactics, and products
• Promote your initial client communications and meetings
• Prioritize road map tasks by working cross-functionally with Customer Success and Data Science to shape our direction
• Expand the consulting industry by developing new procedures and content
• Adapt product strategy in light of customer feedback and your own experiences
• By influencing stakeholder teams and policies, we may increase revenue for both us and our customers
• Identify opportunities for continuing reporting, engagement, and value creation and collaborate with customer success managers to maximize the value of our data in their lending and decision-making frameworks, we collaborate and exert influence to shape our clients' credit policies
