At least five years of data science and/or credit policy experience, ideally within financial services

Develop a thorough understanding of our data, tactics, and products

Work together with the Customer Success team to comprehend our current customer portfolio and engagement models

Promote your initial client communications and meetings

Expand the consulting industry by developing new procedures and content

Leads the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional macro level topics within/across programs and with Senior Management.

Directs the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.

Identifies stakeholders and key organizations and build and manage relationships.

Directs the creation of multiple programs of work and manage their alignment to business goals.

Works with Program Sponsor to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives.

Manages multiple teams or a functional area (depending on size of business).

Deep knowledge of Project Management

A minimum of 3 years of successful client/program management.

Produces and manages documents related to client projects, calls, meetings, product specifications, special initiatives and follow up.

Fully accountable for ensuring that open issues are managed in a timely manner and that no key milestones are missed.

Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Risk Adjustment space.

Define risk management framework (policy, strategy, plan), establish risk management process, and organize risk management resources with leadership support.

Prepare weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports for risk data, and conduct multiple Risk Assessment Briefings for client and program management.

BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

Manage program/project risk for specific clients following Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis (CSRA) and ISO 31000 guidelines.

Preferred 2 years’ experience in managing people or teams.

Experience or vast understanding of Project Controls (estimate/cost and schedule).

Understanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methods

Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution

Experience delivering system architecture projects including move to the cloud, a plus

Interacts regularly with management and department leaders.

Able to influence peers and team.

Demonstrates good judgement when making decisions of high complexity and impact.

Exercise appropriate autonomy in the execution and delivery of work.

Responsible for driving outcomes, which have meaningful effect on team or department.

Acts in leadership capacity for projects, processes, or programs.

Skills: Functional understanding of Credit Bureau, GCP

3-5 years of Program and/or Project management experience.

5-7 years of Program and/or Project management experience.

3+ years experience in credit underwriting, project management, or operational roles, preferably in financial credit services

Serve as primary point of contact to manage Seller Complaints process

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities

Experience with SQL and Looker a plus
