JOB DESCRIPTION

• This role works with and reports to the Director of IT Strategy, Portfolio & Innovation to provide analysis and convey key messages regarding the division-wide IT portfolio and related activities.
• The position works directly with division BRMs, division leadership, and key corporate IT partners.
• This position is responsible for various data analysis and storytelling associated with the IT business project portfolio, including performance, financial and application health aspects.

Data Analysis and Messaging

• Incorporates and organizes key messages in PowerPoint presentation materials.
• Extracts, cleans, organizes, and combines data from multiple sources as necessary to serve reporting objectives.
• Analyzes key IT project, application, and financial data to ascertain progress towards business division goals.
• Develops quarterly financial and IT application health reporting deliverables.
• Translates data, information, and trends into key messages and visualizations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Works effectively with all levels of management up to and including Division Directors and VPs.
• Understanding of the complete software life cycle, including privacy and security aspects.
• Proven experience conveying progress and achievement of business goals and objectives.
• Exposure to setting IT strategy and business-IT alignment a plus.
• 4-6 years of IT experience in large or midsized multinational organization; Pharmaceutical or Health Care organization a plus.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Products, including but not limited to Excel and PowerPoint and SharePoint, Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or another discipline relevant to the Healthcare industry.
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to multi-task across multiple programs successfully.
