Role:Jr. Data Analyst/ Business Intelligence Analyst (2)

Contract to Hire

Salary offered: $60k/ Annum

Term:6-month (contract to hire)…may extend contract depending on budget but ultimate goal is full-time hire.Will hire on the spot if “Unicorn” is found.

Location:US Remote (East Coast hours)Most likely will be provisioned equipment but possibility of virtual desktop (confirm own computer just in case).

Not able to provide sponsorships (HIPPA/Privacy requirements).

Flexible/Resilient – Work with several people with data needs (including required government reporting) including working with newly acquired data sets.

Engaged – Care about the work they are doing and a strong desire to learn & help others.

High areas of focus

·Candidate will need to learn/adapt to health care systems & data.Expectation is resource will not know this but have ability to learn quickly.

·Experience providing data analysis within organizations.

·Primarily Excel with Pivot tables, SQL skills to extract data

·Plus to have other experience with Python, R, MS BI or other tools for more in-depth analysis

·Critical thinker that can view data and spot abnormalities that need to be addressed.

·Although JD has 6 years, are open to less experience.

·Did not specify SPSS.

Types of Projects

·Developing/Running required State & Contractual reporting

·Reports Development & Dashboards

·Data Extracts for customers

·Business Analysis/Requirements gathering for report specifications (may extract/present data to do so)
