Job Description
Reporting to the Clinical Help Desk Manager/Team Lead, the CSHD Data Admin is responsible for processing client account data and requests for specific applications related to the Clinical Support help desk (CSHD). Using strong verbal and written communication skills, the analyst will provide efficient and courteous ticket processing and query response with the highest level of customer service.
  • Suggest process improvements to improve quality and consistency
  • Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Contact clients where necessary to clarify processes
  • Manage and organize workload based on priorities
  • Maintain technical proficiency with client tools
  • Manage client user data utilizing provided tools (i.e., account provisioning, deactivation, modification)
  • Verification of request sheet submission
  • THIS IS 100% WORK FROM HOME. WE ONLY ACCEPT CANDIDATES FROM INDIA. If you are not a citizen you need to be authorized for a full-time job in the country (you are a holder of a Temporary/ Permanent Residence Visa)
  • Create and delete analyst accounts
  • File paperwork as needed for auditing purposes.

You Must Have The Following
  • Stable Internet connection.
  • At least 2 years of related experience. Customer Service preferably.
  • Open to working EST timezone.
  • Experience using Microsoft Applications, preferably savvy in Excel.
Required Technical Skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • High proficiency with MS Office Suite, high-level MS Excel expertise
  • Solid computer keyboarding, multiple monitors, and touchpad skills
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written
  • Proficient with Windows operating system and applications – email, online chat
  • Ability to adapt based on rapidly changing client needs; a high level of flexibility is required
  • General understanding of various software and hardware Required Soft Skills:
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and in a very fast-paced environment
