Job Description
Our globally connected and dynamic company is based in Salt Lake City. We specialize in the creation, distribution, promotion, and direct marketing of innovative products. We are looking for a Customer Support Manager responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Their primary role is to assist customers hands-on with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, and other inquiries.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Sell products and services directly to customers.
  • Handle product recalls.
  • Advice on company information.
  • Inform customers of deals and promotions.
  • Greet customers warmly and professionally.
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
  • Reach out to customers directly and verify account information.
  • Place or cancel orders.
  • Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
  • Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
  • Knowledge about our products to better assist our customers.
  • Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider cancellation to increase retainment.
  • Assist with the placement of orders.
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Product knowledge
  • Numeric, oral, and written language applications
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • Ability to type
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
