Airwallex is looking for a Customer Success Manager with a hunger to grow our US business from 0 to 1 in the US. We are looking for someone who has a passion for building relationships, creating amazing customer experiences, and managing the onboarding and customer activation process.


If you have a customer first mentality, are solution focused, obsessively curious about everything, and have a desire to make an impact and grow yourself, our market, and our customers, then you have found your calling. This is a once in a lifetime type of opportunity and we are looking for the best of the best. You will be one of the first customer success hires for the US team at Airwallex and will be critical in onboarding our larger clients, managing client configuration/implementation, and managing multiple stakeholders involved in getting our clients live.


This is a hybrid role with 3 working days required in our San Francisco office.


You Will


  • Partner with internal teams to assist with building out custom customer-support content
  • Establish relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor to help ensure the continued value of our products and services
  • Facilitate interaction and workflow among project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure timely deliverables
  • Be an expert in all aspects of the Airwallex platform, our customers, and our solutions including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction


You Are


  • Creative, enthusiastic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Success-oriented and hold yourself accountable for delivering key outcomes including revenue targets
  • Proficient in GSuite; knowledge of Salesforce or other programs a plus
  • An active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
  • Analytical and process-oriented


You Have


  • Bachelors’ Degree and minimum of 2-3 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, and/or account management
  • A FIO (Figure It Out) attitude and are willing to do whatever is necessary to achieve results
  • The ability to multitask while efficiently managing priorities
  • Strong skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management
  • Strong analytical skills and an organized way of thinking/working
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A desire to be in the fintech/payments space
