Overview The Customer Services Advanced Analytics Specialist is responsible for providing advanced analytics and insights to the customer service team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining predictive models and algorithms to identify customer trends and behaviors, as well as providing insights to the customer service team to help them better serve their customers. Detailed Job Description The Customer Services Advanced Analytics Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining predictive models and algorithms to identify customer trends and behaviors. This role will also be responsible for providing insights to the customer service team to help them better serve their customers. The specialist will be expected to analyze customer data, develop predictive models, and provide insights to the customer service team. The specialist will also be responsible for developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track customer service performance. Job Skills Required• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of data mining and predictive analytics techniques
• Ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
• Knowledge of customer service processes and best practices
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in customer service analytics
• Experience with data mining and predictive analytics
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools
