As our Customer Service Supervisor, you will be accountable for: Leading, Managing, and Holding Customer Service Accountable Hold Weekly Department Meetings with the team and weekly Same Page Meetings Hold Quarterly Conversations Training and Development Develop objectives for the call center's day-to-day activities to maximize productivity. Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing, and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending improvements. Outbound Accounts Receivable Collection Communication Quality Develop, collect, and analyze call-center statistics to improve performance with key metrics. Monitor and improve call accuracy, call-waiting time, and the number of missed calls through call monitoring. Customer Service Retain Customers Assist the Customer Service team with overflow Measurables Accountable for: Accounts Receivable Outbound Phone Calls Performed Cancellation Save % Communication Quality Improvement of 10% week over week Number of Missed Calls Here is some additional information... Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5 pm (need to be available 7:30 until 5:30 if needed). Every other Saturday, 9 am-12 pm (winter hours) and 9 am-2 pm (spring/summer hours). Company Meetings/Technical Training is held once a month. Compensation for Customer Service Supervisor Salary: $1,050 - $1,200 per week Quarterly Bonus Structure with an earning potential of $3,500.00 per quarter. 10% commission on services sold Health Insurance up to $350 per month, available after 60 days of employment. Simple IRA matches up to 3% after one year of employment. Individual contributions can be made immediately. 6 Paid Holidays One week paid vacation earned each year, two weeks per year after two years. Sick time accrues at day one of employment in the first calendar year.
