We are currently seeking a Call Center Supervisor to lead a team of Agents. You will develop, coach and manage a team of talented Agents to exceed client and company goals. For people drawn to serving others through their work, this is an opportunity to thrive.
Supervisor Role Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients, attend meetings and respond to requests and deliverables
- When needed, take-over escalated calls and assist with support chat from agents
- Coordinate and supervise daily / weekly / monthly activities of assigned team; assist with the same for other teams as needed
- Monitor productivity of agents, coaches appropriately and updates findings to Senior management
- Utilize monitoring systems to effectively evaluate and drive performance
- Develop agents to achieve client and company goals; recognize, reward, and encourage successful performance through ongoing monitoring and hands-on coaching; inspire and build team commitment.
- Document all interactions with employees including all coaching and disciplinary actions
- Communicate company strategies, client initiatives, performance, and other key information to the team; conduct team meetings/huddles regularly.
Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain high ethical standards
- 2 years’ supervisory experience leading teams of 25 non-exempt employees, strongly desired
- Must be comfortable working and leading in a virtual environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include presenting materials in front of a client
- 2 years’ experience in a contact center, or related field desired
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent required
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
