Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the friendly voice and the helping hand that our clients need. Your main responsibilities will include:
Providing professional and courteous customer service via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring swift and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns.

Staying up-to-date with our firm's services, legal processes, and industry trends to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and actively contributing feedback to enhance our customer service operations.
