Customer Service Representative job details include:
Schedule: Mondays- Fridays 8 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Pay: $20 - 25/hr.
Be responsible for providing a world class customer service experience for assigned accounts. This includes entering orders, monitoring orders, answering inquiries, and completing customer specific reports all while being the sole point of contact for customers. Other essential functions include building relationships, receive, and enter sales orders, purchase orders, and consignment billings, respond to inquiries related to product knowledge, order lifecycle, and distribution. Review purchase orders, order status, review customer specific reports for accuracy, and attend meetings.
- Extensive experience within a fast-paced customer service environment is preferred or minimum 5 years Customer Service experience.
- Bilingual/French (ability to read, write, and speak).
