Bruni & Campisi of Elmsford, NY is on the hunt for a full-time Customer Service Rep - Experience Specialist to join our fast-paced office team and provide exceptional customer care to help keep our business running smoothly and our customers happy. This CSR position starts at a competitive wage of $15-$24/hr, depending on experience. You would also be eligible for fantastic benefits, including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, and profit-sharing. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST


As our Customer Service Rep - Experience Specialist, you are the "go-to" person at our company. Employees and clients alike depend on you for accurate information as well as exceptional customer care! You spend much of your time answering phones, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues for customers.


Using your amazing organizational skills, you keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. You also provide fantastic customer service as you communicate with clients. With pride, you keep the office clean and organized. You enjoy keeping busy with a variety of tasks throughout the day and get great satisfaction out of ensuring that we are maintaining efficiency while meeting our clients' needs and expectations!


Qualifications


  • 4 or more years of customer service experience
  • Strong phone skills


Can you manage your time well and prioritize multiple tasks effectively? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Are you organized and detail-oriented? Can you solve issues for all kinds of clients with professionalism and patience? If so, then you might just be perfect for this Customer Service Rep - Experience Specialist position!


WORK SCHEDULE


The hours for this position vary on a rotating basis. The shifts are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, and 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.
